Shipping

Finland

The shipping price to Finland region is free of charge on orders with value of minimum 50 euros. Orders valued less than 50 euros; shipping via posti costs 4,90eur per order. All orders to Finland are shipped via Posti service. Shipping time is 1-5 days working days.

Other EU-countries

All orders to other EU countries are shipped via DHL Express GoGreen delivery.

Other shipping countries include Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

The shipping price to other listed EU countries is 14,90 EUR per order.

Delivery times

When shipped with DHL Express GoGreen worldwide delivery, items will be shipped to you within 1-2 working day(s) when you place your order by 2pm (GMT +3, Helsinki). We have chosen this option for deliveries because of our respect for the planet. You can read more about DHL Express GoGreen on DHL´s own sites.

The shipping time with Posti services takes 1-5 working day(s). The packages sent through Posti will be processed within 1-2 working day(s) at Revoel.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns after 14 days from receiving the purchased item(s). You must contact us within 14 days from receiving your purchase so we can process your wish of return. The return delivery is free of charge. 

If you wish to return an item(s) you ordered from us, please do not hesitate to contact us via mail in contact@revoel.com.

Returns in Finland are processed with Posti and returns from other EU countries are processed with DHL Express.

With DHL, as a customer you can choose whether you want the courier to pick up your item(s) in original package from the delivery address or if you want to drop the package to the nearest DHL Service Point (see all Service Points here: https://locator.dhl.com/). 

Note! If you wish to return or exchange our products, they must in the same condition as sold, labels attached and in original package. The hygienic cover attached to the product must be in place. If you remove the hygienic cover or labels, the product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged. Fabric Face Masks cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

The Made-to-order products have the same return and exchange policy as any other products.
